Yummy House

Yummy House now has five locations, 4 being the in the Tampa area and the newest location being in Sarasota. And boy are we lucky! They have some of the best Chinese and Japanese style foods around. Maybe you'd like to start off with a sweet pork bun fresh out of the oven? Well here you can, or numerous other delicious baked creations they cart around at dinner time.

Or maybe you prefer to start off with a soup, for a very reasonable price you get a choice of soups (egg drop pictured below) served family style with bowls for all.

Here is their much talked about calamari in their famous Salt and Pepper mix. You can also get the famous mix on numerous other appetizers and entrees including eggplant, seafood, chicken, and even tofu.

One Japanese specialty you struggle to find anywhere else is Udon noodles, and if you do they probably won't be anywhere near this good! Pictured below is their Beef Udon with Black Pepper Sauce, Udon is a type of thick wheat flour noodle typically served in soup. They have numerous types of noodles, from crispy to soba to vermicelli, served in soup like Ramen or mixed with sauce. Chances are you'll be able to find a noodle dish to your liking!

And last but definitely not least, their Spicy Yummy Chicken. It's basically a house version of General Tso's with fried asparagus, mushrooms and sesame, definitely a specialty of theirs. Always comes out well seasoned and crispy, with extra peppers if you dare.

Yummy House is a must go for anybody that is looking for a more than your run of the mill Chinese fair. They will have something there you will want to come back for over and over again, or with their plentiful menu, numerous things to try every time you come back!
