Not many people know this place is even there, (located underneath Hotel Indigo) yet alone how good their food is! The prices are fair, especially for the quality you are given. It may be in a hotel but the location is still convient and easy to access with parking reserved for the bistro. The use higher cuts of meat, fresh smoked salmon and other fish, and have some ingredients flown in just to go the extra mile!

A Seared Angus Sir-loin atop a bed of fresh spinach with a House Vinaigrette. The House Italian was equally delicious.

Fresh smoked Alaskan Salmon with potato cakes and capers with homemade creme cheese to top. If you've never done salmon and capers, this is your chance! So good I dug in before I snapped a pic.

And a simple burger that's far from simple. Coby beef, apple-wood smoked bacon, imported cheddar with arugula and tomato. And you get all that burger for $10. No arguments here, it was well worth it!

Don't miss this hideaway, usually busy for brunch on the weekends, you can have your run of the place during it's off times and still get a 5 star meal!
